Orders & Refunds Policy
In order to serve you well please make sure you provide full accurate address for delivery.
Modifying shipping address: Once you have placed your order, you can modify your shipping address before the status of your order changes to “Processing.” To do so, please contact us with full details regarding the new sipping address.
Adding new items to your order
Walldkor.com starts processing your orders very fast so that you can be delivered at the earliest. In case you want to buy a new item, it is better to place a new order.
All orders can be cancelled before the order status changes to “Processing”. If the status of your order shows “Processing” cancellation is no longer possible until the product is delivered to you: you may place a cancellation request right after the reception of your order, please check our Terms and Conditions.
Returns and exchanges
Currently Walldkor.com does not offer these options for the following reassons:
- Clients get full refund if the product is not delivered at the right time or if it is not as described. If the product is still needed, we will place a new order for you, please contact us.
- 100% of return’s shipping expenses would be charged to the client, we want you to save this money for a great coffee with your best friend!
- Shipping products back to the manufactury will add unnecessary pollution to our planet and time consumption (offer that time to manufacturers to share with their families or to enjoy a little breack within their working hours)
As a Walldkor.com client, you automatically benefit from our Buyer Protection which means that you get full refund if:
- Your order is not delivered at all
- Your order is not delivered within the announced shipping time (including processing time)
- The delivered product is not as described. In this case you will benefit from our Refund & Keep it policy (for this you will be asked to provide full proof of the product showing non conformity)
If you are eligible for refund, you will receive the credit on your original method of payment within 14 days following the refund confirmation from Walldkor.com.
Refunds requests should be addressed to our customer service within 14 days following the delivery. Past this period, refunds are no longer possible.
Non eligible refunds:
- Delivery issues due to factors within the client’s control such as wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- Delivery issues due to any exceptional circumstances outside the control of Walldkor.com such us delayed by a natural disaster, not cleared by customs.
- Goods made to the clients’ specifications or clearly personalized.
