I have discovered Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings a few years ago.

His invitation to mindfulness touched me in a very deep way. I was touched by Thich Nhat Hanh’s simplicity. His speeches are loving and mindful concepts are very easy to understand.

I was so impressed and curious that I started reading each one of his books and I discovered that Thich Nhat Hanh lived in France and was running Zen retirements at his monastery “The Plum Village“.

I had the chance to participate in one of them: it was a life changing experience. How beautiful and stressfree life can be!

At the end of the retirement, I discovered Thich Nhat Hanh’s book: “Work: How to Find Joy and Meaning in Each our of the Day”.

In his book, Thich Nhat Hanh invites us to be present at every moment during our working day. This can be done with a single action: being aware of our breathing.
