How do we handle feedback?
Most of the time we don’t even think about asking for feedback, why?
We might fear it: Appreciation is important for us as human beings and so we are afraid of being judged in a “negative” way.
Our EGO likes to be the best, the most powerful, beautiful, healthy, rich, intelligent… And so we might not be able to get out of our comfort zone and ask for feedback!
But we should understand that we do not judge people or things: we judge ACTIONS. Understanding this will help us to change our lives because ACTIONS can be changed for better results 🙂
Being open to get feedback is a precious tool for learning and growing. If we do not seek for feedback we might not be able to do better and get all our chances to succeed.
How do big (or little) companies grow? They collect feedback and work with it to do well, get better & become successful.
We, as individuals, can do the same: be ready to get feedback, analyze the facts, set up your strategy and get on the road of success! (if your new strategy does not work…start over again it can only get better ☆ ).
