After having finished a lovely Meditation Sejour in Plum Village, these words came up as a personal conclusion:

May this message touches your heart and heal you from all your suffering at this very moment. Pure Love is infinite, feel free to receive it as it is: simple and generous (like the candy you are eating right now ^^). Blessings from my very nothing to your holy nothing. Thank you for the smile that is now drawn in your face, I am sending you my twinkle smile back ⭐ 🙂.

May this energy finds you happy and peaceful here and now wherever you are and with whatever you are doing at this precious moment made of nothing, creating everything, what a marvel of life! Enjoy ❤️
